Everything! Sadly we only stayed one night but next time we will stay longer.

We stayed at Karakali for couple of nights, and we have really enjoyed our stay very much. We liked everything about the hotel, the location, tranquility, the service was amazing especially thanks to Dayna for her customers service skills as she was always ready to help with smile. Thank you.

I travelled with my family and from the moment we arrived we felt at home, the property is stunning, the staff are amazing, the pool is gorgeous, we loved every minute we spent at the property. Location wise it’s also great, the hotel is right in front of the river and next to plaza San Francisco.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was really good and complete every morning.

We did not received a lot of information before hand regarding places to visit, timetables, etc to help us plan better our days.

Everything was beautiful, confortable and clean

The building is beautiful and charming, we loved that they gave us refreshing towels and drink on arrival. Staff super kind and friendly.

The beds, the room, the very friendly staff, the pool was a godsend. What a great place to stay - right on the river front.
