Die Lage ist perfekt - etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt. Das Restaurant mit der europäischen Küche ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich und professionell. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit der Küchenzeile gehabt, es gab Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle. Klimaanlage war gut eingestellt und nicht laut. Das Parken war im Preis inbegriffen, man konnte draussen und in der Tiefgarage parken.

Das Frühstück wurde von 7-30 bis 10 Uhr serviert. Um 8 Uhr gab es noch gute Auswahl. Um 9 Uhr wurden die Platten aber nicht mehr gefüllt, es gab keine Croissants mehr etc. Vielleicht haben wir an dem Tag einfach Pech gehabt.

Πολύ όμορφο σαν χώρος και σαν τοποθεσία πολύ βολική για το κέντρο , με υπόγειο πάρκινγκ δωρεάν που είναι πολύ σημαντικό ειδικά για κάτοχο μηχανής όπως ήμασταν εμείς .

Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σε καθόλου καλή κατάσταση , το τηλέφωνο του ντουζ είχε πιάσει μούχλα σε σημείο που σκεφτόσουν να το ακουμπήσεις και οι τοίχοι γύρω γύρω είχαν το ίδιο πρόβλημα .Επισης από σκόνη υπήρχε παντού και στο έπιπλο του μπάνιου όπως και μέσα στην ντουλάπα . Τα πιάτα στο πρωινό ήταν λερωμένα και έπρεπε να ψάξεις για να βρεις κάποιο καθαρό μετά από 5-6 συνεχόμενα λερωμένα .

Le parking souterrain gratuit est un vrai avantage. Le personnel était sympathique et à l’écoute. La chambre était bien équipée, avec une climatisation fonctionnelle, très appréciable en été. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Mostar : ni trop au centre, ni trop éloigné, avec la possibilité de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La présence d’un ascenseur est également un point positif.

La propreté de la salle de bain laissait vraiment à désirer, ce qui a beaucoup impacté notre impression générale du séjour. Nous avons également constaté des remontées d’odeurs désagréables provenant des canalisations. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner manquait de choix.

Excellent location within walking distance of the Old Bridge. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and some even included a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Having a supermarket directly across the street was also a big plus.

Unfortunately, we did not feel this property met the standards of a 4-star hotel. The room cleanliness was below expectations, with visible black mold in the shower and a very dirty shower head. Breakfast was particularly disappointing, with limited options, no atmosphere, and no staff present to assist guests. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere during our stay. Communication was also challenging, as the reception desk was often unattended. When we had an issue with the room safe, we were surprisingly informed that only the housekeeping staff had access to the key. In addition, the rooms were exposed to some noise at night due to the busy restaurant/bar area nearby. Overall, while the location and room size were great, the service, cleanliness, and breakfast experience fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Friendly staff, room was clean, good location - only 5-10minute walk to the river.

Breakfast - limited choice and the hot food was poorly presented.
