Hotel Verso

Excellent location within walking distance of the Old Bridge. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and some even included a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Having a supermarket directly across the street was also a big plus.

Unfortunately, we did not feel this property met the standards of a 4-star hotel. The room cleanliness was below expectations, with visible black mold in the shower and a very dirty shower head. Breakfast was particularly disappointing, with limited options, no atmosphere, and no staff present to assist guests. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere during our stay. Communication was also challenging, as the reception desk was often unattended. When we had an issue with the room safe, we were surprisingly informed that only the housekeeping staff had access to the key. In addition, the rooms were exposed to some noise at night due to the busy restaurant/bar area nearby. Overall, while the location and room size were great, the service, cleanliness, and breakfast experience fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Das Personal war sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Das Hotelrestaurant wird von Einheimischen auch stark genutzt, was immer ein gutes Zeichen ist. Mit ~7 min in die Altstadt mit super Lage.

Gospođa na recepciji i konobar koji je radio i kao recepcioner su bili susretljivi.

Nikada oskudniji dorucak u bilo kojem hotelu,a kamoli u hotelu sa 4 zvjezdice. U sobi je smrdila kanalizacija tako da smo morali otvarati prozore.
