I am writing to formally complain about the extremely disappointing experience I had with a hotel booked through your platform under Booking Reference No. 5391179852. My family and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 1:00 PM. We had a confirmed reservation for three rooms. However, upon arrival, the hotel provided only one room and informed us that the other two rooms were still being cleaned. After waiting for more than two hours, we received the second room at around 3:30 PM, while the third room was still unavailable and allegedly under cleaning. This caused significant inconvenience and wasted a considerable amount of our time. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was completely unacceptable: • Air conditioning was not working properly. • Television was not functioning. • Furniture was infested with termites. • Washbasin was not working. • Overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor. • The rooms were not maintained in a condition suitable for guests. Due to these unacceptable conditions and the hotel's failure to provide the booked rooms on time, we were left with no option but to check out within 5 hrs and leave the property. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. As a customer who trusted Booking.com, I feel that both my time and money were wasted. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. I request that Booking.com investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the property. I also request a review of my case for suitable compensation and/or refund, considering the inconvenience, poor service, and unacceptable hotel conditions. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

very old hotel with very bad maintanance. its like a lodge. Very bad smell in the room. I was not able to sit in that room more than 10 minutes. Just us e th eroom to keep my luggage as i was transiting through Mumbai. Check in is very un professional .
