The owner, Sandra, was the perfect host. So helpful and cheery. Her breakfasts were amazing! The hotel was a fantastic location, next to Bangor train station & bus routes.

We loved everything, Sandra is a fantastic host, very friendly, caring and helpful. The room was spotless and great shower. We wish we had found this hotel sooner. We have been travelling to Bangor for the pst 3 years due to my son being in uni there. The b&bs and hotels we were able to get previously were dirty, with ghost staff, that didn’t make you comfortable and welcome. However, in the Garden hotel, we were very comfortable and felt like we were part of the family. Well done Sandra! You are doing a great job, you should be very proud of yourself!

"Outstanding Stay"

Sandra made our stay outstanding with her warm, friendly and helpful manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave helpful suggestions for places to visit, and directions. The whole package was fantastic, good food, spacious room with good facilities and spotlessly clean. Thank you Sandra, we will definitely be back next year! Mark.

The room was lovely and spacious. Everything was modern and beds were comfy. Sandra was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again
