"Warm and friendly"

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. I ate there in the evenings, which was excellent. The srevice was very good at table. The Proprieter was warm, friendly and caring. I would deffinately stay there agian.

I would have preferred a feather duvet.

"Exceptional"

An excellent location, very close to the train station and only a short walk on to the city centre. Sandra who runs the hotel was a great host, very helpful and friendly. She gave us directions to everywhere we wanted to go, helped us with suggestions of other places nearby to visit, arranged a taxi for us; nothing was too much trouble.

"Perfect"

It was nipping clean and Sandra was lovely couldn’t do more for you. Will be coming back next year
