I felt like I was welcomed in someone's home. Very quick replies to my messages; hugely thinking along with you and your needs, and very lovely heartwarming staff. The food was delicious; from local farmers & freshly home made in the traditional way. It was a total delight to stay over at the Garden Hotel; almost sad to leave really. Thank you for all your smiles and beautiful encounters!

Sandra was really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very large and comfortably furnished, the bathroom was very spacious and the walk in shower was excellent. The whole place was immaculately clean and very well maintained.

It was close to town and the station so there was a bit of traffic noise.

Clean and well-maintained rooms and facilities. Staff and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. The host (Sandra) was exceptional; we'd travelled quite a distance to get to Bangor and were only there for 2 nights, but Sandra took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived and made our stay extremely pleasurable.
