Hotel Rothmans-Breakfast - Free parking - Lobby

It is a very nice place, with very kind and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, warm and well ventilated, the bed linen is clean. At the restaurant on the ground floor you can eat very well and very cheaply. The food is always fresh, both at the restaurant and at breakfast. We were there during the ski season and although it is a little further from the ski resort, the people at the hotel were very kind and took us to and from the ski resort for free. In addition, parking is free in front of the hotel. We will definitely choose this location when we return to Bansko.

The room was very clean and very warm. The location was perfect because it was close to the old town centre, only five minutes walk. The staff was pleasant and polite.

The only think we didn’t like was the bathroom because it didn’t have separate shower and as a consequence the full of water every time we had a bath.

Because of the value for money is a must!

The walls are made of plasterboard and if you have loud nightbours it could be disturbing.

They don't speak English. Difficult to communicate. Hot water only until 9.00-10.00 pm in the evening.

great balcony views and super warm rooms. we turned down the heat but in the colder winter days, it’ll come in clutch.

only one of the staff seemed like she was in a good mood. the rest seemed grumpy to answer any questions.
