Hotel Rothmans-Breakfast - Free parking - Lobby

The location is nice If you're not a skier, otherwise a little far from the gondolas - but in the quiet part of town, very close to the city center.

No real reception - the reception is at the bar. Stairs everywhere, both to the rooms and "reception", you should have it in mind if you have some disabilities. Couldn't use the sauna, because it was late. Poor sound insulation, we could hear the neighbours all the time. Edit: The owner called me three times just to yell at me for the bad review. Unacceptable behaviour. After that blamed me for staining the hotel's walls, which I did not, they were already extremely dirty. He had to make a point to get back at me, I guess. Reading other review answers from the owner, now I'm not surprised. The hotel was actually OK, as is a 7/10 review, but now I'm definitely pissed with them, wouldn't recommend :)

Mitko the owner offered me a secure private parking for my bike and so, no worries for me at all.... heated room, very clean,good breakfast.

unassuming nice budget-friendly hotel; we liked that the owner heated our room; a nice gesture in view of the high energy costs

shower is not separated; floor of bathroom becomes therefore wet everywhere after taking a shower

it was cold in the rooms and they had no heaters. the breakfast was disgusting. the personnel was grumpy.

Everything was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There is a fresh green garden.

very nice small family hotel really close to the centre of Bansko and next to the biggest park in Bansko, nice staff, excellent value for the money
