HKGreat location, very convenient lift access. Layout of hotel is efficient and even though at 95% full never felt overcrowded. Rooms are pretty great and very comfortable, a window in the bath would have been perfect.
Wish we our view was facing the other way (not toward the Niseko Village Parking lot) but it was ok as we didn't spend much daylight hours in the hotel.
AUAUAmazing apartment, beautiful views, very clean, nice amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Ski concierge was wonderful and so easy. Buffet breakfast was disappointing , overpriced with some food already cold when we arrived. Better breakfast at nearby Greenleaf. Definitely book bus shuttle in advance to and from airport if needed as limited transfers to the resort. That said, we returned by train to Sapporo and the scenery was stunning. Staff dropped us to train station on their small bus. Cash only train station, which fortunately we had enough cash for. Great trip.

Location is in quiet part Niseko village - need to shuttle to dinners/shops.
FIThe overall stay was Great, very clean, comfortable and convinient, with small, kitchen, washing machine etc
Air conditioning had some issues, but later the room was changed due to this.
GBLocation was quiet but also very convenient for skiing in/out and speed to the main ski areas. Very good local restaurants to be found with home produced Japanese menus. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large rooms well equipped. Very clean.
The mattresses were slightly disappointing compared to the overall quality of the rooms. Not particularly comfortable, hard, and just not as they should have been. Great size of bed, though.
