CNAbsolutely blown away by the incredible service at Hinode Hill Village, and we have Salina to thank for that! She went above and beyond to help us—not only did she assist with shipping our snowboards, but she also took care of booking our bus. Seriously, an absolute angel! Our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth without her. If you’re staying here, you’re in the best hands. Thank you, Salina!
CAUSWe loved the ski in ski out ability and their free shuttle bus to the other areas. We also loved the long hours of the on-site onsen!

Long check in time. Rude staff. Bare minimum for many aspects ie towels. Restaurant had only two options for wine, 'house red' or 'house white'? Sorry, didn't realise I was staying at poor house. Everything here felt cheap, low end, bare minimum. Staff don't clear parking lot, don't sprinkle grit on icy path to carpark. They don't empty the ashtray outside. They get rude to you and have terrible attitude. I think main problem at this establishment is very lazy people from all over the world. I have always enjoyed Japanese hotel, but those are run by and staff are Japanese. This place, no. Internationals who are giving Japan businesses a bad reputation. Do not stay here. Terrible.

We did not eat at hotel - the seating fee made me avoid the restaurant. There could be more food options available for guests - restaurant often seemed abandoned, probably for same reason. current arrangement does not seem sensible.
HKCleanliness , easy to the “magic carpet”, ski gears rentable at the hotel, Hinode Suite is great for group travel !
