Good Location, cleanliness

Staff at the front desk were not accommodating

Friendly staff and nice location, my concern was the bathroom towels need to be replaced, other than that, everything went well

Went for my brother's wedding. Don't get me wrong.The wedding was beautiful, the room was clean. The wedding planner is where things failed. They see a foreigner and think you have lots of money and can charge any price they want. They gave the bride and groom a small room knowing that there would be makeup artists and bridal party needing to get ready. Thankfully, the bride and groom did not live far away and were able to accommodate. The wedding planner had everybody ready other than the bride at nine am. Did the few photos and were expected to sit in the lobby until three pm. We had called the day before to extend the second room for a second night and we're told that we would have to move rooms but would have a room only to be told the morning of the wedding that we had to be checked out by eleven (one hour notice). We were told there would be a rehearsal. They did a two minute show of what was to happen, leaving everybody confused. Other than them tracking the groom in schooling him every time he left the lobby (even to use the bathroom) or took off his jacket. I feel it was very disorganized, and things did not happen that were promised.
