"Exquisite at its finest"

I had the best stay here in Watergate Butuan. I am in awe to the beautiful facade and mesmerising amenties they had. The food was 5 star quality and taste scrumptious. It is 10 over 10! And the most memorable part were the wonderful staff who were not just very warm and hospitable but also genuine a and hard working. I had a great encounter with mr Argel in Lemon and Zest Kitchen. And the Attendant in our buffet mr Alvin and Alex were superb. And ofcourse ms April in front desk and Shaine in housekeeping were outstanding. Overall, the best experience I had in a hotel. Kodus to Watergate Hotel Butuan and all the staff!

When checking out the reception charged us $1000 phd $30 Australian dollars for the use of two extra towels I would have stayed here again but when this happened as we were leaving has left a bad taste in my mouth,they will loose business with a silly policy like this where going to stay across the street next time at the amarah
