The staff was truly amazing , very nice team who tries their best !

Unfortunately the room I first was in was not very clean had mold and dirt on the sheets. The furniture seems to be old and the hotel really needs to be renovated. The team did react really quickly and changed my room thanks to them ! Amazing team thank you

Last time I stayed, I gave feedback that the bathrooms need cleaning. This stay the bathrooms have been maintained very well.

The location was in a quiet area away from the central town. Quick transport options to the centre is required. Staff were lovely and beds were comfy.

It was a small boutique hotel so no buffet breakfast. You had to order the day prior. The room has a beautiful outside toilet and shower. If it rains you get a little wet. Pool area a little unkept. The wood deck needs replacing. I wouldn't have kids playing in this area as they would fall through the rotten wood

everything was fine. it was very quiet, I was alone at the pool in the afternoon. the bed was very comfortable and I liked the vibe of the bathroom.

It was central. There was many restaurants and convenience stores around. The rooms are modern

The outside bathroom comes with a lot of bugs and the shower floor and walls were green (almost looks moldy). It was a bit nosey but it was fine for me since it’s a convenient place to stay. The bedroom is also a bit dark. One issue I did have when checking out- the staff had tried to charge me for drinks I had not opened that were in the fridge. I’m not sure if any of the staff had stolen something from my fridge since they were in my room everyday or they were trying to take advantage of this situation since I was a young female travelling alone. I was really unhappy with this situation and I will not be staying here again.

This was the worst place I stayed at in Bali. The photos do not match reality at all. The rooms are very small and dirty. The bed sheets and towels were always dirty. There is no wardrobe in the rooms. The rooms are extremely small. The pool is constantly dirty. The sunbeds by the pool are old, and there are a lot of ants that won’t let you relax. The furniture is old and worn out. It was a terrible experience — I do not recommend this place.
