I am deeply concerned about my recent stay. There were individuals behaving erratically, seemingly under the influence of drugs. They loudly played music, provoked fights, and disturbed other guests. Despite complaints, your administrator witnessed this and did nothing to address the issue. This is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.

Good location, shop, laundry and cafes nearby Can walk to many place and the beach

Not clean. Sheets dirty, bathroom dirty. Room didn’t get refreshed whilst I stayed. There is a bar across the road which plays extremely loud music until early morning which kept me awake most nights. Hot water only worked for 2 nights then was cold the rest of the time.

Bed is really comfy

It’s moldy and there’s a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Stayed in many different homestays around canggu and this one is by far the worst. They are not cleaning your room unless you ask and then it’s only a super basic cleaning. We had shitstains in the toilet from the previous guest.

The staff are so so lovely, they were one of the highlights of my trip! It has the best location, and amenities are so helpful with the cafe / bar adjoined plus with the supermarket and laundry metres away it really was perfect! Plus a huuuge bed :)
