The staff was nice

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and had a very pungent smell of mildew especially after showering. The AC was leaking. At night there was some sort of animals crawling in the ceiling scratching the floors.. i thought they were going to come out the vent in the bathroom.. very eerie feeling. Wouldn’t recommend this place for more than one night

I am deeply concerned about my recent stay. There were individuals behaving erratically, seemingly under the influence of drugs. They loudly played music, provoked fights, and disturbed other guests. Despite complaints, your administrator witnessed this and did nothing to address the issue. This is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
