The staff are nice and helpful. We didn’t pay much and therefore cannot have high expectations. However we’ve paid a similar price range for all other hotels and they at least provided basics such as hand soap. Pictures were slightly more enticing than real life.

Absolutely nothing

Horrible experience, there was black mouls in my room which is extremely dangerous and asked for a refund and they refused and asked me to move rooms to another room also filled with mould, I could not stay there due to being sick and they would not give me a refund at all, horrible experience and horrible customer service

The bathroom require more care. Better cleaning and the shower head needs to be replaced

The room is actually quite nice with pool view and very helpful and nice staffs. I spent nyepi there and they really helped us a lot. Props for that. However the bathroom and the faucet could use some deep cleaning, and the room also smells damp — the aircon helps with the smell although I had to buy some diffuser to make the smell fully gone away.
