TV Very small - no TV active on our stay Office lady couldn't get this to work at all even changing the set top box

Location was lovely. Interesting history

No facility for making coffee. Would be good to have a coffee plunger. Also would be good to have everyday tea as well as English breakfast for those who prefer that. EB an acquired taste

We enjoyed walking around the large grounds.its such an interesting place with an unusual history.

The external character of the building was great but the interior and grounds were very disappointing.

This is not a “resort”, in fact a very long way from that. Nothing luxurious about it, no facilities, no real food or drink available (2 minute noodles, Maggi mushroom soup, a packet of crisps and can of coke are not resort food). The property needs some loving care.

Could hear everyone close their doors to rooms all night/morning. Could hear neighbors speaking through walls.

The bar and restaurant were closed. The room is not not serviced unless you ask. But no signage to inform you/ card outside your door. So did not even know to ask? Pillows are very thin.
