"Superb"

The grounds and the building were beautiful and fun to explore. The room was large and very comfortable. Parking was free. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

The location was a little remote, meaning there was nothing nearby to walk to and there was no on-site restaurant. I think they will have one, but it wasn't open during our stay.

Great room. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. extra large double and 3 singles - great value. Fantastic service.

Is quite a drive out of Oamaru and a bit difficult to get to down country lanes
