Only it's location.

very old building with little renovation, broken furniture and abysmally small rooms. Breakfast was served by purchasing from the local market, very cheap quality. But the room rent was too high compared to such poor quality hotels. You will find far better hotels in Goa for a lesser price. And they make sure that you are paid well in advance before reaching their property, an odd practice I haven't experienced while booking through Booking.com
