TV was not functioning and no hot water and bathrooms were not clean

Good AC, real shower and toilets. Room is spacious and confortable

We can not pay cash and have not indian credit card. We had to go to the bank to pay the hotel in the account they gave us, before a given time. A bit more work to do than just booking the hotel. We had paid for breakfast when we booked, but they never told us where to go or at what time it was, so we missed it even thought we had paid for it.

The staff were very helpful. There was some decorating going on, this did not affect me. My room had been recently decorated and looked good. When the redecoration is complete this hotel will look much better. The price and location are great. I would use this hotel again

They will start blackmailing cash although it says in the booking confirmation and there are signs at the hotel that you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, etc. Staff attitude is bad.
