Exceeds expectations From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond - not a single unfriendly face, just warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. When we mentioned that our TV wasn’t working, the receptionist brought a projector and a full-size screen. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, delicious, beautifully presented, and with great variety. The kitchen offers a buffet, but also several dishes to be prepared as per request (included in the price). Everything in the hotel was spotless and fully functional. The design is stylish, and the spa area is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is magical. The castle is tucked away from everything, surrounded by nature. Deer are walking around the grounds… it felt like a fairytale. And the view… just wow. Overall, it felt like stepping into a different world, peaceful, beautiful, and full of light. This was, without question, the best birthday I’ve had in many, many years. Thank you for making it so special. We’ll absolutely recommend it to close ones and definitely be back!

As mentioned in a couple comments, it is really convenient to have a car to get there.

Location is very good with a view on the valley, the spa area is super nice and the outdoor swimming pool is warm even in winter. We didn’t use it but the gym was very modern and functional. There are several locations within the hotel where you can get free small healthy snacks, tea and water. The restaurant is good too. The room is cozy and has all functionalities you need. The staff is available and very friendly.

Just one personal preference - I prefer a big mattress than two separated mattresses. The only minor issue we had is that the TV was not connected to internet so no screen mirroring or Netflix was possible, we called the room service (who arrived in 1/2min, which is very nice) but unfortunately unable to solve the issue.
