We spent two days at Burghotel Staufeneck and had a really great time! You can just tell that the hotel and the restaurants are family-run and that everyone is passionate about what they do. With its beautiful, modern rooms, infinity pool and modern spa area, the hotel is an absolute dream and more than deserves its 5-star rating. The food in the adjoining restaurant was also excellent. We would love to come back soon!

Restaurant, Wellness area

Waited longer than an hour for check in as the room wasnt prepared. No appology, no welcome drink or similar. Only at the check out, after asked how it was I received acknowledgment. The friendliness of the staff varies from not interested and not bothered to friendly.
