We were charged additional Rs. 2,800 when we reached there even having paid for the rooms in advance through booking.com !

Nice stay. Staff behavior was too good. hygiene was there and rooms were comfortable.

While booking, it was breakfast included, however night staff said that there is no free breakfast served free. They provided early check in 10:30 on request.

Hospitality in day is awesome however night people were hopeless. Connecting road is okok

1. The bedsheet, pillow cover were dirty. 2. There was no water heater so hot water for limited time. 3. They refuse complimentary breakfast. 4. We were two people but when requested extra blanket we were given only one.

Room is big enough and clean. Location is around 1.5 km from the main Sai Baba Temple. The surrounding area is calm and you can get auto rickshaw for the market and temple area. Overall good.

People at reception are not at all helpful. Very arrogant and ignorant. We have also seen some other families struggling at the reception. No room service at all, they will never pick your call and if you ask why no one is responding at reception, they reply that "we don't find it important to pick your call". No restaurant service even though they have a restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking for which I had already paid, but the hotel refused to provide the food and also did not refund.

I had book to see in hotel complementary breakfast but in hotel they are says no breakfast included. I had mail that complementary breakfast included in booking amount.
