The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept clean and the rooms were clean..

The rate showed in booking.com and the rate that the hotel quoted once we reached the place are different. I had to pay the rate the hotel quoted as I was with family and last minute did not want to move places. Booking.com needs to have strict guidelines with hotels who charge more than the rate that is booked from booking.com. The hotel bluntly refused to give the room at the rate that was booked from booking.com

Hospitality and room look is really good. And the stay was satisfactory

Food is not available at the time of our stay. Bcz of the less occupancy and Availability of Hot water is not comfortable.
