The facilities

Great location. The staff is generally willing to help, but depends on who you're talking to. Kudos to the lady at the reception who was very kind to help us with some medicine. The private parking lot is quite spacious, that was a big plus. You're right in the heart of the city, so close to all restaurants. The breakfast was ok, but not something to remember.

Extremely overpriced for what the room was offering, in terms of space, comfort and view. It's expected to see the prices going up during the winter season, but this was a bit too much. The furniture was quite old, the TV was barely working. The room was also very small, so if you also bring your skiing gear with you, it will feel very crowded. The bathroom window was not closing properly. We let the staff know about this and they didn't do anything to address the situation. The heating system could not be controlled from the room (very weird), apparently you need to let the staff know about this, if you want to adjust the temperature, so they can can ignore you completely on that, as well. When asking for an additional blanket, we were told there were none left. Also, a lot of noise could be heard from the kitchen up until 00:00 (so no sleep until then, except if you're very tired). When trying to pay with the card at the reception, that was also not possible, because the POS was not working (strangely, for such a well placed location).

Small quiet hotel in the city center. A cute cat greeted us at the reception desk.
