Perfect location close to the train station and the center and telecabina. The design of the room is cute.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but 1 star was gone for an inconvenience with a tax. When you book it says “including taxes”. After you book non refundable you get the message in Romanian (was it too hard to translate it?) that you have to pay 2% tax on arrival. But you cannot cancel it if it is a dealbreaker! On arrival they forced me to pay it, but I demanded and GOT it back. Guys, you either write it BEFORE the booking, either make the booking refundable, either include it in the price! Still it was not nice and pleasant for me. 2 star went because of the cold room. 21 degrees is not warm and cozy! They told me wait 1-2 hours. After 2 hours it went up for 0.6 Celsius. 21.6 is still cold! If you come at winter and stay on the top floor consider that the ceiling is freezing cold. Only after I spoke to the manager suddenly they called the company and it got better, not perfect. 3 star went to another strange moment. The shower water was cold at 10 pm! Also the towel heater was off. When I came down to check what is the problem it turns out they turned off the heating! People don’t shower at 22? If you want to save electricity, write that, warn about it, but don’t make me dress back and get down one more time! Also consider the steps and no elevator (ok it is an old house, just consider) and no handrails - like you have nicely designed thick glass fence, you cannot hold and on top it has sharp edges, so if you unluckily fall… look at the photo. Add the staff who tried to help, but could not do too much and also barely spoke English. I do not expect from the concierge to discuss Nitzshe philosophy, but to know words like “blanket” and “towel” could be useful. Oh, btw blankets. They only have single blankets, not double ones. I asked for a big one and got… another single blanket. Hope this review will help to improve.

The location is in the city center, which helped a lot with sightseeing; water pressure from the shower.

The finishing touches of the whole room were a bit amiss; the toilet had an odd shape; the check-in was a bit too late and it lead to a change of plans.

Good accommodation in the centre of Sinaia. Clean room with comfy bed.

Weird smell in the bathroom, no other mirrors in the room except for the one there. A bit expensive compared to other hotels in the city.
