El complejo está muy bien para la gente que le gusta hacer diferentes actividades en pileta, bailes y demás. El desayuno mejor que la cena para mi gusto. El personal muy amable. Todo estaba muy limpio dentro del hotel.

A pesar de tener una playa que pareciera que corresponde al hotel, estaba muy sucia. Por la mañana bien ,pero después un asco. La gente tira los desperdicios en cualquier lugar.

The Hotel is in a nice area within a few KMs from famous places in Sousse. The food was good and parking/security was excellent.

The water in the outside pool was extremely cold in April so literally nobody was using it. The water in the indoor pool was supposed to be hot but it wasn't so my kid didn't enjoy much. The different pension possibilities brings different treatment by the staff, specially the "well dressed" managers in the restaurant. I took half-pension and they hardly say good morning to us but people on Full/all inclusive were treated like kings which made the experience really bad. I suggest a linear treatment to all guests independently of the pension chose (the price different is not that much...).

Le vol de un parfum dans mà chambre. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir régler mà note avec mà carte visa malgré la garantie bancaire. Obligé des changer des euros en dinar.

اعجبت الموظفة سمية التي بادرت لتحويل حجزي من الافطار ليكون شاملا كل الوجبات و المشروبات دون تكلفة وهذا موقف يحسب لها ويحسب لادارة الفندق الذي تواصلت معه. بقية العاملين في الفندق ودودون

Sehr freundliches Personal!! Schöner Strand und gute Sonnenschirme. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist so nah am Meer, dass man bei offenen Fenster nachts die Wellen hören kann.

Das Hotel wirkt an vielen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Teppiche im Flur und die Wände müssten dringend mal erneuert werden. Auch die Aufzüge und Badezimmer haben die besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich. Das Essen ist auf Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. Viel fettiges Essen, angepasst für Europäer mit wenig Auswahl an lokalen Speisen. Leider ist es aber genau dass, was der Großteil der Gäste will.

This was our first stay at the hotel, and it felt special. We noticed that many guests return year after year, which says a lot about the atmosphere and quality. We loved the small-scale setting, the beautiful beachfront location, the excellent food, and the warm, friendly service from the staff, who made us feel very welcome. Even the entertainment, especially the karaoke night, became an unforgettable memory for us, although that is normally not really our thing.

The rooms and hallways feel quite dated, and the dining area also looks old-fashioned. The exterior façade of the hotel could use maintenance, as it currently gives a somewhat poor and neglected first impression, which does not reflect the quality of the experience inside.
