Réception : Béchir très agréable et arrangeant. Je n'ai pas eu à faire avec les autres Cuisine : très variée et très goûteuse. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. 2 soirs : accueil avec un musicien ou une musicienne. Animation : aucune idée cela ne m'intéressait pas. SPA : accueil très agréable. Soins agréables mais pas faits par des professionnelles. Plage : accès facile et très propre. Piscine avec un bar central

Great food, very nice sandy beach, lovely rooms. Most of the staff super friendly, kind and helpful.

Small and a bit uncomfy showers in rooms that are basically a bath with curtain. The guy that working as a trips agent and sits at the entrance to the beach was rude but that has been addressed to the reception and guest relation lady promised to take care of it. The spa centre offered a hammam + massage. Massages were absolutely fantastic but for hammam they had no hot water.. still decided to go with it and use cold water. After informing the spa reception that we didn't enjoyed it we heard “sorry” with zero compensation offered.

Staff is very nice and welcoming from the receptionist to the restaurant staff to the pool and beach all amazing !

Ein typisches Urlaubsresort, mit einen riesigen Speisesaal, leckerem Buffet und einer kleinen Poolanlage. Das Meer war mir persönlich noch zu kalt. Ich habe mich recht wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal war stets bemüht, trotzdem nehmen sie es mit der Wartung nicht so genau. Bei mir im Bad hing eine lose Lampe von der Decke und im Flur herrscht ein regelrechter Kabelsalat an den Wänden.

Huge hotel in Sousse with direct access to the beach. Nice and clean swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and quite tasty, I appreciated it. Very polite and professional Mr Bechir at the reception.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the double bed that actually was made up of 2 single beds. Service for drinks in the swimming pool was so slow(I had to wait more than 20 minutes to receives 2 beers, they forgot to bring those to us)
