Made to feel at home from the moment of arrival. Judith and the team were friendly, informative and helpful and it was a great base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Highly recommended

The location was amazing and the view from the balcony is magical! It is ~600m walk from the train station to the hotel that is mostly uphill and might be hard to walk with big and heavy suitcases, but they offer a luggage pickup which is great!

No air conditioner unfortunately which on hot days can be a little challenging, although during the night it is cool if you keep the windows open

It feels like a very special place - very different from a large and anonymous hotel. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and helpful with advice about travel, trains etc and lifts to the station. It's in an incredibly beautiful location - the views are just amazing, and I loved my balcony - Jungfrau view. Very quiet setting. Breakfast was really varied and a great selection. I loved every minute of my stay and wouldn't hesitate to go again if I got the chance.
