The location is great, Onsen is huge and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful with great hospitality

The ski locker is locating on the 1st floor which make skier difficult to walk down the stair to the locker room. Price for dinner buffet was over price compare to the food quality Lift pass has limited choices and overprice

Convenient location to ski lifts and many restaurants within walking distance. Good indoor and outdoor onsen The buffet breakfast has a good spread and variety. Staff were helpful and could communicate in English

The futon mattress and pillows were very thin. The quality of the coffee at the lounge could be improved.
