シャトルバスや荷物預かりなど、スタッフのサービスが良かった。

お風呂の更衣室の床が髪の毛が至る所にあったので、こまめに綺麗にして欲しい。一応掃除用具もあった。

Location is excellent!

Onsen was mediocre, pathway to outdoor bath was fine in the morning, but by nighttime covered in ice and slippery, treacherous. Only two luke warm baths, nothing special. Bathing in the falling snow experience was enchanting! Breakfast and dinner were both buffet style and though it had lots of variety, everything was average to below average quality for Japan(FAR better than anything similar in America, but disappointing by Japan's high standards)
