Being a ski in/ski out resort made it convenient for our young family to maximise the time in the slopes. The shuttle van was helpful in getting to the station/shops whenever we needed it to be. Hotel reception and ski staff were helpful. Very good room size and loved waking up to the view of the ski slopes. The whole family enjoyed the onsen very much.

I already knew from previous comments/review that there were some parts of the hotel that felt dated and could use a good reno in the future. It still didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

隨時都有接駁車可以送到湯沢越後車站，出去馬上就是湯沢高原雪場，可直接租借雪具。有其他多個雪場的優惠雪票，還有貼心的列出各個雪場的當日雪況。旺季時早晚餐多半是自助餐，品項很多都很好吃。
