The location of as perfect. Close to the ski lifts.

The futons were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was old with mould on the walls. Very dated for the high price tag.

One of the best hotel we have stayed in Yuzawa! This place is literally ski in ski out, comfy beds, convenient ski rentals, good spread of breakfast , shuttles to take you out , and the best onsen outdoor when snowing !

After ski slope close 5pm, there’s nothing nearby, no shuttle after 6pm which is little inconvenient with kids. It is about 7-10 mins walk but during heavy snow and with kids, the road gets very slushy with water spraying out, so make sure water and slip proof boots. Ski rental is convenient but dislike going up and down the stairs ,would be perfect if ski rental is same level as the slope, difficult to walk with ski boots carrying all kids skis at the same time.

和式最大的房型其實比中型的大一點點而已可以住5人但4個人就覺得不夠大了中型2個人住很寬敞溫泉舒服有室外室內湯櫃檯人員會英文溝通沒問題可以在大廳機器購買湯澤高原纜車票早餐滿豐富的自助式

早餐卷是一間房間一張需同房的一起去有點不方便飯店接駁的app無法使用若需要從車站回飯店需要請人幫忙打電話從飯店到車站就直接跟櫃檯說就好鑰匙只有一把
