The property is beautiful and super unique

The only thing was the light outside the door the that lite up the beautiful palms was bright and it was shining into the room so I wish there was a curtain on the door to make the room darker when sleeping

Everything about this hotel was great; beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location!. Carlos Eduardo was very professional and helpful, he made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

I had issues with the cable connection.

The room was very nice with a (well protected) outdoor shower, coffee and tea making options as well. It was all very nicely made. We had one of the more modern rooms with nice views and enjoyed the free roaming horses. The pool and seating area next to it is also very nice to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning (or beer in the afternoon) or just read a book when it's raining. There's a good supermarket not too far (right next to the restaurant where you get your breakfast).

It is conveniently close to the airport if that's what you want, but it comes with a price.....(multiple bigger and smaller planes a day right above your bed, which is extremely noisy). The highway is also not far but you can't see it (but hear it). We had booked a one bedroom with separate living area, but this didn't seem to exist. We were given a nice room instead and offered a refund if we wanted to leave sooner. (Which we did as it was too noisy with the airplanes for us).

Great place, the atmosphere is so relaxing. Pool and gym so everything we needed. Had the horses with us at the pool, magical moment.

Be aware that the showers have see-through walls.

This place is really beautiful. It’s also in a great location. It’s tucked away in a quiet location but walking distance from other food and grocery options. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. The grounds themselves were a peaceful place to hang out. Staff was super helpful in making our stay good and helping us make arrangements. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also lovely. Food was fantastic! The animals on property were maybe the best part for us! Luka the dog was great. Not to mention the horses and cat!

There were some miscommunications with the staff about what was a service provided by them at no cost and what was additional. They could really be more upfront on that. For example we told them we were going to do some horse back riding and they said they could give us a ride in the shuttle van, which was super helpful. Come to find at check out that was an additional cost. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. There were a number of little miscommunications like this that at times had me frustrated. I recognize I could have sought clarity too so I’m partially to blame. Also laundry service was available but super expensive as they charged per item washed rather than by load which seemed strange. However none of this detracted from the overall experience, we’d stay again.
