"pay 5 star hotel price for a 2 stars"

Not much. very unimpressive.

It had no elevator in the altitude I can be tough for a person that just arrived.

"Good place for on night"

The place is really close to the bus station so perfect for one night. It is actually a hotel with nice rooms common areas.

There are a lot of dogs around the place There was no heating in the rooms and it gets really cold at night. Breakfast is just the normal "bolivian" style (bread, jam, butter and egg)

"Disappointing"

The price was good value.

No lift for a 5 story hotel at above 4.000 metres. No room heater, bad shower, just hot water.
