The staff, polite friendly and make best efforts to help you even with language barriers. Location is brilliant. Bed was comfortable. Accommodating on short notice. Flexible on cancelations, check in check out. They even let me inspect the room before agreeing to check in which was amazing. The shower and water flow has strong pressure. So it’s very satisfying.

The bathroom could do with better cleaning or updating. Please be clear which items in the room are complimentary vs the items which are not. There is a restaurant downstairs which creates a pungent smell not necessarily a bad smell just a very strong smell in the whole lobby.

I had the chance to stay at Silent Nights Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was quiet, clean and cozy. The host was lovely and attentive. Especially when I asked to stay an extra hour for a nap, she kindly accommodated without charging any additional fees. It is truly an ideal place for anyone looking to rest and relax. Highly recommend

The location is good. It’s 10 mins walk to the crazy house and 5 mins walk to the night market. There is a pho restaurant on the other side of the road and it taste good. And, the price is good too.

Nice, clean room. Lovely staff, good location for market, food etc. Quiet hotel, peaceful.

Mattress just a bit stiff for my hips 😂 And yes, the school over the road makes it difficult to sleep in past 8/8:30am. But during the night, very peaceful 😊

We loved our stay! The room was comfortable and spacious, was a close walk to the park, lake, restaurants etc.

The hotel is located in a quiet street and within 10 mins walk from the daily night market near the Dalat Market

It does not offer breakfast. Although There is no air conditioner and the 3 days we were there were hot, the room cools down adequately at night
