Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely great value for money.

The location was the best quiet at night but a few minutes walk to the night market and lake. Plenty of coffe shops straight outside. Hanna the owner is amazing so kind and helpful the best host we have had nothing is too much trouble. The value for money of this hotel is incredible.

The staff (Hannah) has the BEST service mind. She helps us a lot with everything. She recommended a good restaurant for us and arranged a super nice driver. The location is walkable to attraction points in the city. Not far from the crazy house, the lake, and the night market.

They don't have AC but you won't need AC in Da Lat anyway.

Super friendly staff, helped a lot, rented us a bike. The room was good, bo window but apart that - everything was great!

The staff here made my vacation in Da Lat that much more special. They were very welcoming and very helpful and had helped me book tours and other attractions while I stayed. Hannah was such a pleasure and very pleasant! I enjoyed my stay so much that I had extended my stay an extra night. I look forward to coming back and staying at this wonderful hotel!

Staff was absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond with every single detail and extra services! I fell in love with the staff there, they treated me like family!

The Owner went out of her way on several occasions to may our stay as pleasant as possible. Iv'e never in my life of traveling had better customer service from anyone let alone the owner.

There are no Air Conditioners in the rooms. Wee stayed in November and even with the window open, the room was a little to warm at night to sleep well. Also, there was an early alarm going of from a school next door that woke me up and kept me awake.
