Very modern decor and thoughts in rooms. Very high tech bathroom with all the bells and whistles- great hot water to keep tub filled. If you chose correct room you’ll have an amazing view from tub and toilet lol. Staff always on hand & very helpful. Breakfast buffet is minimal but works. 4. If you have motorbike they have covered parking. 5. You can request to see all available rooms before booking to make sure it’s to your liking. We did & picked 208, room was smaller than others available to us but the view was worth it.

Nice location but: 1. There’s still bits and pieces of construction going on. 2. There’s a new building being built that does take some of the view away if you’re in that section of the hotel. Just PSA 3. Hotel is less than a year but already shows some issues- asked for 2 room keys to keep AC running or else we came back to mold smelly room.

I loved the view and the room is very cozy .

The service attitude is extremely good, not inferior to high-end hotels, from the receptionist to the service staff, the manager listens to customers' opinions and wholeheartedly solves problems. I am satisfied with the dedicated professional service style. Price is suitable in the segment. Not too far from the center, with tram support, luxuriously decorated rooms with wide views. Enthusiastic staff are thoroughly trained, young people are very cute. They proactively served me free water while I sat working in the lobby and talked politely.

There was a smell coming from the drain in the toilet, but after notifying the hotel, they found a way to fix it. There is no restaurant inside. The room has poor soundproofing, so soundproofing at the main door should be increased.
