"Cool place on pictures but reality doesn’t meet expectations"

Comfy bed. Nice toilet and tub!

the quality of interior was bad, the carpet was still dirty! The floor/elevator had a bad smell in the morning.

The staff was great, excellent service. The room was clean, and included a balcony with a wonderful view of the city. The breakfast was wonderful too!

Location in central of Da Lat town. The hotel served the best coffee and great service and food every morning.

It happened that our room did mot have the safe, a bit inconvenient but... We have trusted theor staffs to safely care for important documments

"Nice place to stay in Da Lat when in couple"

Big bedroom with jacuzzi (which was the reason why we choose this hotel) The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The interior look good, nice place to stay when in couple

Noisy : We were on high floor but we still could hear dogs barking and cars driving from outside. We could also clearly hear the next bedroom going around in the morning. Breakfast : Breakfast should not be considered when choosing this hotel

Comfortable bedding. Very good equipments.

Little choice at the breakfast buffet. The staff does not speak well or not at all English, so it is difficult to be understood.
