New Century Dalat Hotel

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was big and very comfortable.

If you are not a fun of Asia food for breakfast, do not take a room with breakfast included. Waste of money.

For a family stay. There were no cupboards, everything was automated, the toilet was broken and didn’t want to flush, we couldn’t bypass it because it was an automatic toilet. The spa bath reacted on sensors, so every time I tried to relax in a hot bath, it would react to my movements and start the jets that would come at an unpleasant pace. Our view was of the trash side of the mountain. There were no cribs available and no extra blankets to make a bed for my baby.

Modern, recently renovated hotel with modern facilities (smart-toilets etc.). Simple but good breakfast and nice staff.

Despite the language barrier, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The staff was very kind and an early check-in was provided imediately after our arrival in the morning. The location was okay with a nice view of Da Lat, however you do need a motorbike or taxi to go anywhere. The beds are clean and spacious.

Cleanliness. The cleanliness wasn't good. There were a lot of stains on the carpet. Apart from the bed and bathroom, it was not cleaned daily. We found hairs, dust, crumbs, stains and dead insects all over the place. Wouldn't dare to walk around the room on bare feet. • Air-conditioning There is a portable airconditioner in the room but the pipe that needs to go out of the window was, well.. not out of the window. There was no place to catch the water so it all spilled on the carpet next to the bed. We had a soaky wet carpet for the entire time we stayed there. • Amenities There were no complementary waterbottles in the room. They were only available as minibar items which come with costs. Normally this is provided in 4 star hotels. • Bathroom/shower The Bathroom and shower looks great and fancy, but the person who thought it was a good idea to install a shower head above a bathtub, next to a toilet, without anything to keep the water in the bathtub must have fallen asleep during interior design class... We had to mop and clean the toilet every time after taking a shower. • Overall look and feel So, the hotel looks wonderful, but if you look more closely there are a lot of flaws. It's best described as a 'What you order on Wish or Alibaba'. Honestly, we laughed it off with that very same idea, but ducktaping cracks in the stairs, loose metals that stick out of the ceiling, poor paint jobs and so much more made it feel cheap and not worth our money.
