A great place for vacation, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It also has restaurant in the same area which very helpful for us when we want to order food or drink for room service. Overall, i recommend for everyone who's looking for a private villa for vacation to stay here. Will come back again later !! 💯💯

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE READING THIS) PLEASE LOOK AT ANOTHER VILLA. you are so not guaranteed not to get the event nights , every night all even a few for your stay .totally wreck your trip . Mavilla make up their own rules , Was So so loud was absolutely unexceptable Mavilla ( manager ) I also read all the reviews before booking .Ive Been to Bali many ,many times thinking oh the pics looks nice . what are those people ,reviews complaining about . Get a life I thought 😆it only goes to 10 pm . ( thinking it can’t be that bad ) But trust me ,it really , really was . sometimes can go even later than 10 pm reviews said . Lady screaming for hrs , hrs with microphone getting the people at the party even louder , encouraging . You could not hear yourself think. even inside with doors all closed in villa.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK I had a disappointing experience at this property in March 2025. The property has rules that were not disclosed on any booking site, including their own, at the time of booking or during our stay. These rules were only explained to us during check-in, after our initial deposit was already paid. Once this deposit was non-refundable, we were asked to pay the remaining balance. We were then escorted to our villa, which was nice, but things quickly went downhill from there. While walking to the villa, the host informed us that a birthday function was taking place in the gardens that evening. The noise from the event was unbearable— a local woman was screaming and singing into a microphone until at least 10 p.m. This completely ruined the peaceful villa experience we had expected. I’ve heard they regularly host parties and weddings, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for tranquillity. As for the villa itself, it fell short in several areas. The bathroom towels were old, worn, and no longer white. We had to specifically ask for pool towels. There was only one pillow per bed, and it was very worn, with discoloration beneath the pillowcase. Freshwater bottles were scarce, even for brushing our teeth. Some power points weren’t working, and the kettle’s handle became dangerously hot to touch. We also found that basic amenities like coffee sachets, dishwashing liquid, tea towels, wine and beer glasses, and a bottle opener were missing. I would also advise against adding breakfast to your booking. Instead, head across the road to Warung Bellissimo, where you’ll find excellent meals at great value. We even met other guests who were equally disappointed with their stay. After four days of a six-day booking, we decided to leave. When I checked out, I was charged an additional $400, and the receptionist had the nerve to ask for payment for two extra bottles of water. I contacted both booking.com and Villa management several times. No help offered

I asked before I booked if I had a parking space for my car, however because they had events booked for both nights I stayed they needed to move my car around all the time. Also both nights I stayed there they had events in their restaurants which caused loud music. Nobody informed me about this up front. Lastly I had booked a massage on the first day, however they didn’t follow through - luckily though since there was loud music anyway. Despite all the staff was nice, but this wasn’t the stay I expected.

The staff were amazing. The villa looked lovely in the photos but the property needed a fair bit of work and maintenance.

The cleanliness of the property could’ve been much better for the price charged. Hairs on pillow,hairs on in bath sink. Outside bath and villa pool didn’t look clean. Toilet smelled. When the room was cleaned daily,sometimes beds were made,sometimes they weren’t. Sometimes bath towels were provided,sometimes they weren’t. Sometimes water bottles and toilet rolls were replaced,sometimes they weren’t. So many things were haphazard,felt like they just needed an orderly list of jobs to follow. The staff were just beautiful but overall the villa didn’t live up to expectations.

The services given by the staff was awesome, the front office were very helpful from the moment we arrived until checked out. They also has restaurant that provide room service, it was very quiet and a good place to have a healing.
