River Park Hotel Dalat

The hotel advertised a number of services and facilities, none of which they actually provide. The coffee shop was closed the majority of the time and did not see the restaurant open at all. There is no gym, pool or spa. The hotel is 'open' and with the cool evenings ac is unnecessary, but there should be some form of heating, which there is none. Also the bedding is not as warm as might be expected.

Position

No breakfast available even though it said you could pay for one on the booking site. TV had terrible reception.

Location

We requested for a change of room due the level we stayed was quiet and a bit dark but the staffs kept saying they were people staying with us on the same level too.

Phone in the room not function Iron not provided, ironing services by staff only available office hour

Location was convenient.

- Extremely loud, the whole room shakes when people walk up stairs. Guests and staff constantly shouting in the hallway. - People constantly smoking inside in the lobby area and the smoke filters into the room. Clothes stink of smoke. - Room nothing like the photos and felt like a prison. - Staff tried to access room when had a ‘do not disturb’ hung on the door. - Shower barely worked.

The alley was too dark at night, feels spooky

amazing location and lovely room with big bathroom and a balcony

some staff had no English at all lots of noise from children in the corridor from 6 onwards, banging of doors and shouting etc
