River Park Hotel Dalat

Great location, walking distance to Dalat market and Xuan Huong lake. Nice spacious room with a great view and large bathroom. Staff helpful and supportive.

The spa and wellness centre advertised by Booking was closed.

Hotel was clean and in good location.

Reported shortly after checking in TV reception was unwatchable. I think it was checked when we were out. Upon asking they informed me a technician would come next day. This didn't happen. Noise from plumbing. Every time a toilet above was flushed, the sound of water through the pipes was annoyingly loud.

All things considered the it was a relatively good deal

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, there are still name of the old hotel scattered around and therefore it was a bit messy and rundown. The bathroom was smelly with traces of pomelo or some fruit in the sink, decomposing. The staff was helpful but upon being asked about bike renting, outsourced it to some random supplier(per what they said), which scammed me 375k dong for one a half day for less than the 14 hours that I rented it.

Unfortunately this hotel wasn't great, the room was fine (we upgraded to one with a balcony) but the hotel lacked basic facilities for example; the lift was broken, there wasn't hand towels provided, reception couldn't provide a map or really any helping information, and the toilet roll wasn't re-stocked. We also asked if we could book breakfast but this wasn't possible despite the hotel serving breakfast. For the same money we stayed in other hotels that were so much nicer in the rest of Vietnam.

We have travelled multiple cities in Vietnam in last few weeks and this hotel was one the cleanest hotel we have got in Vietnam in such price. Hotel staff was very polite and helping. the next shop from hotel was of rental motorbikes. We easily got motorbike to ride around dalat. Restaurants etc were at walkable distance from hotel. I loved my stay here I wish I could spend few more days in Dalat. 🥰

The price was good , the room was spacious and great view .

The bed sheets and blankets did not seem to be washed between guests . Someone’s hair and stains were on the sheets .
