"Hot Water let down."

Location of the Hotel and the Staff being very professional and polite.

After flying for 23 hrs, we desperately wanted a hot shower and get some sleep. Unfortunately there was no Hot water available in the room. The staff were very polite and apologetic, and tried their best with alternative solutions, but it's only so much that can do. Value for $$$ was also not met as a result. Management /owners should focus on improving infrastructure.
