Bigger rooms and great location

Booking.com says it has free stays and breakfast included for kids. While checkout they asked to pay extra for my child who didnt even eat breakfast properly(1 single piece of dosa). No one told us during checkin, breakfast about the same. The booking confirmation clearly mentioned its included. Breakfast selection was underwhelming too There are better hotels in same area with similar price range giving better service and no hidden fees.
