Kings Palace

It was very clean room specially bathroom!

Hot water showers, staff, location to the airport. Room service meals.

We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get rubbish remover each day until we asked, had to buy our own water daily and room was not serviced. Maybe request a room away from the stairs and noisy people Coming and going wake you up (not the hotels fault).

The Staff were very helpful.

Check in time can be improved.

My tiny balcony was less than a metre from the solid brick wall of the next building.

the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. however they will arrange food from outside if requested. there are number of eateries nearby where one can go to have a meal. Rooms were clean and overall maintenance is good. had no issues with AC or the geyser

I was asked to pay the whole bill upfront just after checking in. this was not mentioned in the prior communications
