The hotel did not allow us to check-in. We had to move to abother hotel. It was a horrible experience for us. I know I am wasting my valuable time replying your queries. You have no control on the hotels. These are just time pass routine queries you ask. Someome at the reception said that you have not paid their money. That is why they are not accepting any guest through booking.com

Room is dirty. A/C not working, bedsheet was dirty. Bad smells surrounded from dustbin. It was a worst experience.
