Nice decor, good location, good pool, sauna and steam room, helpful staff

Coat hanger on door would have been useful

Excellent range of choices from fruit to cooked breakfast quality and delicious

Location and good parking

Run down in places, so close to being good. Room 115 needs some tlc to bring it up to executive levels

Reception staff were pleasant.

Staff at the awards event I attended were very slow, bar staff had no idea about a lot of drinks. Lots of guests food was cold! The breakfast staff were standing around doing nothing when there were at least 6 tables that could have had their plates etc cleared from the tables. I ended up putting out crockery on another table because the staff had walked passed several times and not cleared any tables near us. When I asked if they had sourdough they said no, then I saw it on the menu, so I asked again and I had to explain it about 5 times to the young girl and eventually it was brought out. Room was dirty in the bathroom, the shower head was hanging off from the wall. There was an exposed plug which was connected to an extension lead right near the kettle which is highly dangerous. All in all not a good experience considering it’s a 4 star hotel.

The staff everyone of them was excellent but the front of house lady who worked so so hard and could not do more for us and was just all round a lovely lovely lady

The food was excellent, the staff, the rooms and we had 6 so got to see every different type all so good
