Breakfast room was spacious

Room was tired. Bathroom was very small and entrance to bathroom was difficult to access.

Super beautiful building, rooms were very impeccable and styled so nicely.

The plumbing was a little loud when turning the tap on but that is to be expected with a building of its age.

Great Hotel. Well run. Very nice staff. Nice relaxing pool. Close to Chester. Second visit.

No dislikes.

The building was lovely and the treatment in the spa was nice. The food was lovely too

The pool area and changing rooms were dirty. Hair on the floor by the pool. Towels and bin overflowing in the changing area. The fact that I paid just over £15 for breakfast to be told AFTER paying ‘be careful what you order as the payment is for a light breakfast’ and any extras were extra cost. The fact that I’ve had to pay £7.50 for a robe in the spa when a) I was staying in the hotel and b) I was having treatment that day. I’ve never had to pay for a robe, at the very least a rental with refund would’ve been more acceptable.

Great staff, good food, great room and comfortable bed. I didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that.

La piscina y la zona del spa está muy bien. Aunque el jacuzzi estaba frío. No es la temperatura esperada en un jacuzzi, que además no cubre más alto del pecho. La sauna también debería de tener más temperatura. Había una corriente fría por abajo del banco.

No me gustó el sistema de restaurante. Tener que reservar hora, a unas horas muy concretas, cuando al llegar al restaurante la mayoría de las mesas estaban vacías. El desayuno es muy simple y tardaron mucho en coger el pedido. Teniendo en cuenta que había tres camareros para tres mesas. No me gusto la calidad de la habitación, necesita una mano de pintura y mejoras. Las ventanas hacían mucho ruido con el viento, las paredes no son muy buenas para evitar el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, se oía mucho la tele de la habitación contigua y a los huéspedes también y del patio trasero, donde se oía a los empleados hablar perfectamente. El suelo se movía mucho y hacia que al caminar se movieran los muebles y las ventanas. A la hora de la reserva hubo muchos fallos y nos causó estrés y al final tuvimos que pagar más en el check out. Lo cual no fue de agrado ya que esperas que todo esté en orden cuando pagas por adelantado y ya tienes la confirmación de la estancia sin ningún cargo más. Pero al irnos tuvimos que abonar £25 más. Aún no entendimos porque.
